The Idaho Steelheads took on the Allen Americans this evening at the CenturyLink Arena for game three of the Kelly cup playoffs. Allen struck twice in the first period, and once in the second, and Idaho was only able to find the back of the net one time with the help of Tommy Fallen.
With the win, Allen takes game three and now leads the series 2-1. Both teams return back to action on Friday for game four. The puck is scheduled to drop at 7:10 pm at the CenturyLink Arena.
