The Broncos are making their 14th straight bowl game and Northern Illinois checks in with their 8th straight bowl appearance.
The team went back to the basics, focusing on fundamentals for the past couple of weeks. Senior offensive lineman Marcus Henry says that it has been tough dialing back into football and even harder when you have had so much time off from the game.
"first thing that goes when you have a little time off you lose your fundamentals now that it's getting a little more game planning the specific everyone is picking it back up and refocus on playing an opponent. Honestly it gets a little tedious getting the same reps over and over again." Senior offensive lineman Marcus Henry.
