Defensive Coordinator Andy Avalos was at the University of Colorado as a defensive graduate assistant when the Broncos took down Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl.
Avalos says that the expectations have risen not only for the fans but the players that grind it out on the field.
“I think as a whole not only for this football program and this athletic department but in general. I feel like it's kind of the culture around here. We have high expectations on this campus and we just got to keep pushing forward,” said, Defensive Coordinator Andy Avalos.
