Former Boise State assistant football coach Jeff Choate will become the new head football coach at Montana State.
He spent 6 years with the Broncos coaching running backs, linebackers, and Nickelbacks. Choate spent the past two seasons as the Huskies defensive line coach and special teams coordinator, working with former Boise State coach Chris Petersen. Choate replaces Rob Ash who finished this season with a 5-6 record.
