James Webb the Third, a former Boise State Bronco, is looking to improve his chances of getting drafted after not being on the latest Draft Express Mock Draft list last week. This afternoon, Webb worked out with the Boston Celtics. They listed 12 other players, with two coming from the Mountain West, including Webb and San Diego State’s Malik Pope.
This past season, Webb led the Broncos in scoring with nearly 16 points per game. He also recorded 11 double-doubles on the year, earning him a spot as the sixth scorer in the Mountain West.
The 2016 NBA Draft is scheduled for June 25th, in New York. Webb hopes his efforts will pay off and he will hear his name called.
