Former Bronco forward James Webb III suffered an injury in Sunday’s contest against the Erie Bayhawks.

It appears that after x-rays Webb fractured his right ankle.  He will sit out the rest of the season and will undergo surgery.  Webb had success in the D-league in his first season averaging 13 points and 9 rebounds a game.

87ERS GENERAL MANAGER BRANDON WILLIAMS gave a STATEMENT ON JAMES WEBB III injury:

“We thank James for his commitment to our program and are proud of his growth and development this season. We all look forward to an efficient recovery, and seeing him back on the court soon.”
