The Boise State Broncos wrapped up the regular season this past week against San Jose State with winning big 40 to 23. Sunday the team will find out what bowl game they will be playing in. With the BYU Cougars accepting their bowl invite to the Las Vegas Bowl that closes the door for the Broncos in Sin City.
The Cougars took one of the Mountain West’s spots with that said the Poinesettia Bowl will get their first selection of which Mountain West team it wants. The Mountain West also has an agreement with the Cactus Bowl which is in Tempe, Arizona.
It should be a Big 12 or Pac-12 matchup but that might not be fulfilled because of Oklahoma having a shot at the college football playoffs. The Broncos have been in 15 bowl games and have a record of 10-5.
