On the track, Boise State will be sending three runners off to Nationals at Hayward Field in Eugene Oregon beginning this Wednesday.

Sadi Henderson will be running in the 800 meter.  She recently broke her school record in the event which was the second fastest time of the day at regionals.

The Montana native will be the first women's 800-meter runner at outdoor nationals in school history. Henderson copes with the pressure by sticking to her routine and not forgetting to have fun.

"I get a Starbucks coffee 16 ounce an hour and a half before we go out there and I down that in like 5 minutes and then I listen to “Girl put your records on” you probably saw me dancing when I was doing my warm ups.  This will be my first experience at Hayward for a NCAA meet.  Oregon gets really into it I think for a runner it's an experience of a lifetime," said, Boise State Distance Runner Sadi Henderson.
