The Boise State Broncos  took down Michigan State this past Sunday in gymnastics at Taco Bell Arena. With the win the Broncos are the only undefeated women's gymnastics team out of 82 squads.

The 12th-ranked Broncos are on fire having won 10 consecutive contests, this Friday they will compete in a tri-meet with Southern Utah and San Jose State.

“This team has been so consistent day in and day out and they're just doing what they do in the gym so i'm anticipating a great competition.” Said, co-head coach Neil Resnick.

This upcoming match is also a special day as the team will honor their four seniors Krystine Jacobsen, Maddie Krentz, Molly Mcfarland and, Marissa Wossner.

“i've watched them encourage the younger members of our team day in and day out and help prepare them they're almost like four extra coaches.” Said Resnick.

Just how good are these seniors, they participate in seven events for the team, one of them Maddie Krentz could have had the chance to be a Stanford Cardinal but choose to be apart of Bronco Nation.

“Coming here over Stanford was probably the best decision i've ever made, there's history here and now were ranked above Stanford after my four years.” Said senior Maddie Krentz.

With the conference championships right around the corner co head coach Neil Resnick says his girls aren't slowing down and are still wanting to impress.

“It's not the team running the fastest at the end that wins so we have to keep the pedal on the metal,  we have to keep training extremely hard, and we have got to  go out in these meets and produce another season high.” Said Resnick.

The tri-meet will be a blackout event competition starts at 7 pm at Taco Bell Arena on Friday night.
