Boise State set to face UNM Saturday

Posted

The Boise State Broncos look to regroup tomorrow afternoon against New Mexico. It's a big game for the Broncos as the winner will claim sole possession of second place in the Mountain West. The Broncos are looking to erase Wednesday's outing with UNLV when they committed 18 turnovers to the Rebels.

Saturdays game will make the conference race even tighter. New Mexico State and Boise state rank two and three in league standings , they also boast the second and third best scoring offenses in the Mountain West.

" They’re hard to score on. They're really explosive and that creates a lot of problems. They are the kind of guys that scare you in the fact that no matter how you guard them they can score. It's a situation where you have to make every possession hard on them and hope your offense does a good job as well.” said head coach Leon Rice.
