Boise State face UNLV Tuesday night

Posted

The Broncos will be in action tomorrow evening against UNLV. The Broncos have hit a bit of a skid going 2-5 in their last seven games, which started with a loss against this UNLV team at the end of January.

Boise State is currently tied with Nevada for 4th place in the Mountain West. They are one game back from Fresno State and New Mexico who are tied for second. The top five seeds receive a bye at the Mountain West Championship. The team understands that they will need to make their free throws and get stops down the stretch in order to win their remaining games.

“You got to be able to those two things to win games and your going to be able to just run offense like you throughout the game.  The game changes at the point like I said.  We had seven free throws that we left on the table in the last five minutes you make all five of those you win.  If we do a little better in those two things then you can close out games.” said, Head Coach Leon Rice.

“We know what we can do and how good we can be we have to put it together you know.  They’re missing some players and we don’t know if there going to play yet or not but we just got to worry about us and come to play.” said, Forward James Webb III.
