If you're in need of food this holiday season, you'll have a chance to get a little help this weekend, whether you're in the Magic Valley or the Treasure Valley.
Buhl-based company Riverence is partnering with the College of Southern Idaho and Boise State University to donate thousands of pounds of frozen trout to those in need.
The donation will be drive-through style, in the parking lots at each of the colleges. Both colleges have worked with local health districts to make sure they're following COVID-19 protocols and complying with the governor's stage 2 order.
Volunteers will be handing out food starting at 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning in Twin Falls, and 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning in Boise.
