A Caldwell woman, two children, and a dog were able to escape an early morning two-alarm mobile home fire in Caldwell.
It started about 6 a.m. in the 5200 block Midland Road, near Cleveland Blvd.
A second alarm was called, as fire crews were concerned flames could spread to adjacent homes.
Crews had the fire out within an hour.
The mobile home was heavily damaged.
Officials say the fire started by a propane space heater on the mobile home's patio.
