18-year-old Victoria Sharp said she was in the back seat riding with Lavoy Finicum when he was shot and killed.
In an interview with CNN Tuesday, she said Finicum was unjustly gunned downed by state police.
"I remember him saying that if they shoot him, they would have an innocent man's blood on their hands," said Sharp.
