Stretch Break Yoga April 20th, 2018 | 12:15PM - 1PM Come and stretch your cares away on Fridays! Instructor, Wyndi Shaffner will teach a blend of different styles of yoga to include all levels from beginning to advance. Work on low impact strengthening, balance, coordination, breathing, mindful movements and stress reduction. Participants will learn basic yoga poses, sun salutations, breathing techniques and relaxation methods. Have fun together working on your balance, stress reduction and strength. More info here!

Things Are-A-Brewin’ Craft Beer Sampling & Lecture at the Idaho State Archives April 20th, 2018 | 5PM - 7PM Join the Idaho State Archives to celebrate Idaho Craft Beer Month. You'll enjoy free beer samples from two of Idaho’s original craft breweries while perusing historical photos documenting Idaho’s rich history in beer. Guided behind-the-scenes tours of the Archives will begin promptly at 5PM, followed by presentations from Highlands Hollow, Grand Teton Brewing, and Sheila Francis, executive director of Idaho Brewers United. Spring Detox Lunar Flow: Reboot and Revitalize

April 20th, 2018 | 6:30PM - 8PM Yogi’s have long considered Spring the best time to clear out winter’s stale energy, remove obstacles to grow, and plant new seeds for summer’s blossoming. In this workshop, you’ll use the receptive shapes of lunar flow and breath work to detox, make space, and revitalize our storehouse of energy. With guided meditation you’ll use this reclaimed space to gain clarity on our intentions for the upcoming season of growth. Parents, enjoy a Friday evening with each other while your children are actively entertained in the pools.
