WEISER, Idaho — The Weiser Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a minivan that hit a child riding a skateboard Sunday. The child was hit by the minivan around 12:45 p.m. at the intersection of W. 5th and Commercial in Weiser.
The driver left the scene in a white minivan and ran over the skateboard the child was riding. The child received minor injuries and the skateboard was completely destroyed.
The driver is described as a middle aged white male with facial hair. If you have any information, contact the Weiser Police Department at 208-414-2121.
