Travelers on I-84 woke up this morning to warnings of black ice caused by frigid temperatures.
Now, reports from Idaho 511 have alerted that I-84 eastbound between mile markers 222-275 has all lanes closed due to high winds.
Travelers are advised to consider using alternative routes and exercise caution if going through the area heading to Utah.
