Three people, two of them juveniles, are in the hospital after a two-vehicle crash near Burley.
Idaho State Police say 25-year-old Carolina Rodriguez was driving southbound around 10:00 Saturday morning on SH-27 in a Mitsubishi Eclipse convertible when she rear-ended a truck driven by 24-year-old Anthony King. The Mitsubishi rolled and came to rest on its roof.
Police say neither juvenile was properly restrained in a child safety seat, and one of the juveniles was ejected.
Rodriguez and one of the juveniles were transported to the hospital via air ambulance, while the other juvenile was transported via ground ambulance. Officers say King was wearing a seat belt.
The Idaho State Police say they would like to thank the individuals who stopped to provide assistance and witness accounts of the incident. The crash is under investigation.
