Little ghouls and ghosts hit the streets in the Treasure Valley in search of tricks and treats on Halloween.

Volunteers from St. Luke's Children's Specialty Clinic handed out glow sticks and helped the littlest pumpkins, princesses and superheroes cross the street in Boise's North End neighborhood.

"We love our community," Josie Bryan, St. Luke's child injury prevention coordinator, said.  "We want to make sure our community is as safe as possible. We don't want to see those kids come in tonight or any other day."

Harrison Blvd. closed to through traffic Halloween night until 10:00 p.m.
