MERIDIAN, Idaho — Update: Traffic is flowing again on I-84 eastbound. Despite 3 closed lanes, the accident was cleared just after 5:00 p.m.
Original Story: Several eastbound lanes are closed on I-84 due to an accident in Meridian between the Ten Mile and Meridian exits, also causing traffic to slow in the westbound lanes.
Officials at Idaho State Police have reported that Lanes 1, 2 and 3 have been blocked since approximately 4:20pm.
Drivers are advised to slow down and practice caution as they approach the area, or seek an alternate route.
