If you see a lot of people wearing red today, don't be alarmed! The first Friday in February is National Wear Red Day, part of the Go Red for Women movement.

The movement is part of the American Heart Association, and by wearing red they're hoping to raise awareness of cardiovascular diseases in women. Go Red for Women advocates for more research and faster action to be taken for women's heart health.
