Police have now reopened all westbound lanes of I-84 following two crashes near the Vista Avenue overpass this afternoon.
At least one person was taken by ground ambulance to an area hospital, according to Idaho State Police spokesman Tim Marsano.
The crash happened shortly before 3 p.m.
Idaho State Police troopers and Boise Police officers are investigating.
