TREASURE VALLEY — UPDATE (8:03 A.M.): Idaho Power outage maps show power is back on for much of the affected area. Crews are still working to restore power in a small part of Boise's North End.
Around 15,000 people are without power this morning in the Treasure Valley. Idaho Power began reporting outages around 5:45 this morning.
6,500 people in Star do not have power and the estimated time of restoration is around 7:30 a.m. In Eagle, just over 8,000 people are without power and the estimated time of restoration is 7 a.m. The cause of the outages is unknown at this time.
