The Boise Exchange Club continued its tradition of placing flags on veterans' graves at the Morris Hill Cemetery Saturday.

Club members were joined by Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, and volunteers who gathered in the veterans section of the cemetery to honor the fallen soldiers. They say it's a good way to keep in mind what independence day really means for our country.

"I like to see the tremendous support we get from the community, it just really moves me and when I turn and look at all these flags and all these graves it's very emotional for me," President of the Exchange Club of Boise Greg Fisher said. "I served in the military so it's just a very moving experience, very rewarding".

The flags will remain in place until Saturday, July 7th.
