The Idaho Potato Commission's rolling advertisement visited another famous big piece of produce. The Famous Idaho Potato truck rolled, or actually floated, through the Big Apple on it's tour of the United States.

The giant potato made it's way to Manhattan as a way to say "thanks" to New York who is one of the largest consumers of potatoes in the country according to the Commission. While in town the Idaho Potato commission donated 12,000 pounds of potatoes to the Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen which feeds more than 1000 homeless in New York everyday.
