A teen has been airlifted to the hospital after a crash in Payette that blocked northbound traffic for nearly three hours.
Police say the teen was traveling northbound on Highway 95 early Saturday morning when he crossed over the fog line and crashed with a semi-trailer that was pulled off to the side of the road.
58-year-old Michael Hoffman was inside the semi when his trailer was hit. The juvenile was wearing a seatbelt, but Hoffman was not.
