A 25-year-old Kuna man charged with lewd conduct for illegal sexual contact with a 15-year-old victim has been charged with two additional counts of sexual battery of a child between the ages of 16-17.
Jakob M. Moench is accused of having illegal sexual contact with three different teenage victims since summer of 2015.
Moench is currently being held in the Ada County Jail on a $200,000 bond.
All three cases have been combined into a single case which will be addressed for Moench’s first appearance on February 26th in front of 4th District Judge Melissa Moody.
Moench was initially arrested at his home in the Linder and Deer Flat Road neighborhood late last month.
The investigation stemmed from a third party accusing Moench of illegal sexual contact with a teenage girl.
A few days later, the girl was reported as a runaway and Kuna Police found her at Moench’s home.
Detectives continued to develop evidence in the case and arrested Moench days later.
After Moench’s mugshot appeared throughout the media, additional victims came forward.
The crime of lewd conduct is punishable by up to life in prison.
Anyone who has information about other possible victims should call Ada County Sheriff’s detectives at 577-3734.
