BOISE, Ida. — Spring is well underway, meaning animal shelters and adoption groups are seeing an influx of kittens. This weekend, Simply Cats Adoption Center will host a "kitten" shower to help their efforts this season.
The kitten shower is styled after a traditional baby shower and features bottle feeding demonstrations, kitten-themed baby shower games, and light snacks and tea. The slightly vintage feel is themed after the Sunbonnet Sue quilt that's being given away during a raffle. You can earn raffle tickets through donations to Simply Cats.
Simply Cats will have kittens from foster homes on-site for the special tea party. The kitten shower is Saturday, May 18th from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. It's being held at the Simply Cats facility at 2833 S. Victory View Way.
