Idaho Mountain Search and Rescue teams and the Ada County Sheriff's Office plan to resume the search for a missing hiker off Dry Creek Trail Monday.
The 27-year-old hiker went missing back in February after he told his friends he planned to hike near the trail in the Boise foothills. His car was found, covered in snow, but he was nowhere to be found.
Rescue teams searched for him for days but due to heavy snow they had to call off the search. Crews will be staging near the trailhead off Bogus Basin road.
Ridge to Rivers asks the public to plan to use other trails within the Ridge to Rivers system and give the search teams room to do their work.
