The West Palm Beach Police Department has made an arrest in connection with several counts of sexual battery on a child under the age of 12 yeas old.
Carlyle Douglas, 31, was booked Thursday afternoon at the Palm Beach County Jail. The assaults, which were reported this week, occurred over the past three years.
Douglas will face a judge Friday morning.
