BOISE, Idaho — The Race to Robie Creek 2021 will be a virtual event again this year.

In a Facebook post, organizers said they hoped to hold an in-person race this spring, but they believe a virtual event in 2021 is the best option. Organizers say they still want to host an event that
everyone can safely participate in and enjoy until the race can be done with the usual festivities.

The post says a fun event with "schwag" is being planned; the final details will be announced soon.

The 13-mile trek up Aldape Summit is famously hard to run and difficult to get into. In 2020, tickets sold out within 10 minutes.
