Police say a suspect is in custody, accused of having a weapon at Marsing High School.
The Owyhee County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about the issue just after 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Deputies took the suspect, Seth J. Ramirez, into custody. They say they recovered the weapon without incident.
Ramirez is being held in the Owyhee County Jail.
