CASSIA COUNTY, Idaho — Cassia County Sheriff's Office has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing mother and baby.
Elizabeth Manning, 20, and her one-month-old baby Zacora Manning are the missing individuals. No information is known on the clothing worn when the pair went missing, but Zacora is described as having a birthmark above her nose and Elizabeth has a tattoo on her back shoulder.
