MOUNTAIN HOME, Idaho — The Mountain Home Police Department responded to a report of a shooting on the 800 block of North 8th East Monday.
When police arrived, they found the victim in front of the house and transported them to Boise for care. A news release says it is believed the victim is in stable condition at this time.
The suspect was found at the home and detained by police. The release says there is no threat to the public.
The investigation is ongoing and no names are being released at this time.
