Police are looking for a suspect after an armed robbery at a Maverik on State Street just west of Glenwood.
It happened around 2:30 this morning.
Garden City Police tell us the man tried to buy alcohol, but was refused since it was so late. That's when they say he grabbed the alcohol and left the store. Investigators say he encountered a delivery driver in the parking lot and then brandished a gun before taking off.
The suspect is described as a white man approximately 6' tall, weighing between 180 and 200 pounds. He was last seen driving a white 1990's to 2000 Chevrolet Suburban, likely with damage to the front and passenger side of the SUV.
