Officers from the Boise Police and Garden City Police Departments and deputies from the Ada County Sheriff’s Office are on the scene of an attempted bank robbery that took place about 3:20 p.m. Friday at the Key Bank in the 6000 block of State Street in Boise.
An Ada County dispatch supervisor confirms the robber was a male who displayed a note to a bank employee.
Reports indicate no weapon was shown.
No further information was immediately released.
The investigation is continuing.
