The Caldwell Police Department and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children are asking for the public’s help in finding a teenage girl who has been missing for a year.

Amber Thompson was last seen one year ago, on Sept. 14, 2016, at her home in Caldwell.

Authorities say Amber may have traveled to various locations throughout Idaho or even to Las Vegas.

Amber, 17, is described as biracial (black and white), 5-feet 7 inches tall, and weighing approximately 110 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with information about Amber is asked to contact the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678 (1-800-THE-LOST) or the Caldwell Police Department via Canyon County Dispatch at 1-208-454-7531.
