BOISE, Idaho — A Boise man is facing a felony rape charge after an investigation by the BPD Special Victims Unit led to his arrest.
26-year-old Joli P. Ramadhan was taken into custody on Wednesday, March 6, 2019.
Police say the charge stems from an incident in October 2017, when they were notified of a possible sexual assault at a Boise residence.
BPD says their team gathered evidence that indicated that an adult male suspect, who was known to the victim, had engaged in sex with her without her consent while she was unconscious.
The Ada County Prosecutor's Office issued the subsequent warrant for Ramadhan's arrest.
He faces a felony charge of rape.
