Boise Fire Department firefighters, first responders to the stabbing at Wylie Ln. that killed a 3-year-old girl and injured eight others, gave back in a unique way on Thursday, showing up at the site of the devastating attack and planting flowers in the name of Ruya Kadir, the girl who died after the attack at her birthday party.
