Boise Police say Kelly Joy Hall who was hit by a car early this morning has died.
It happened just before 4:30 a.m. near the corner of Market St. and Amity Rd.
A small pickup truck was driving southeast on Market St. when it hit the woman. She was walking her dogs at the time of the crash. Kelly was pronounced dead at the scene.
The dogs were taken to a veterinarian hospital, but police did not offer any information on their condition.
The driver of the truck wasn't injured.
