KETCHUM -- A 24-year old paraglider suffered fatal injuries after he crashed on the Upper Greyhawk ski run on the Warm Springs side of Bald Mountain Saturday morning.
Ketchum Fire Department received a call at 10:34 a.m. to assist the Sun Valley Ski Patrol, which transferred the patient by toboggan to the Greyhawk parking lot.
Ketchum paramedics attempted to resuscitate the patient while transporting him to St. Luke’s Wood River Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead later in the day.
The Ketchum Fire Department does not release the name of the victim.
