A positive neighborhood project is underway here in the Treasure Valley and around the nation.
As part of National Neighborworks Week, employees from local Sherman Williams stores volunteered to add some colorful updates to a Boise woman's home. They also helped clean up the yard and did some general remodeling work.
This is the 36th year volunteers have spruced up homes belonging to senior and disabled residents, all part of the annual "Paint the Town" event.
This year, Sherman Williams provided the paint for around 42 "Paint the Town" projects.
