The Ada County Coroner's office and accident Investigators are determining the cause of a motor vehicle incident that left one motorcyclist dead and hospitalized two car occupants.

At 5:57 pm Friday, May 13, 2016, police were notified of an accident between a silver passenger vehicle and a black motorcycle on top of a curved hill near East Grand Forest Drive and Highway 21.  

The Deputy Ian Hale of the Ada County Sheriffs' Office said the car had 2 occupants, a man and a woman in their mid-20's who were transported to a hospital. Their condition was not disclosed.  

The motorcyclist was identified as a man in his mid-40's who was pronounced dead at the scene.
