Tafari, Zoo Boise's new giraffe recently arrived and is settling in to his new surroundings. The young giraffe came from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Zoo Boise staff say the two year old is adjusting will to his new home and companion Jabari. Tafari was transported to Boise in a customized trailer.
Nearly three hundred people contributed a total of twenty thousand dollars to help bring Tafari to Boise during the "Idaho Gives" campaign
