Get ready to roar at Zoo Boise. The newest addition, a four-year-old male African lion named Revan went on exhibit for the first time on Thursday.
Zoo officials said Revan is adjusting well to his new home. He will rotate on exhibit with the zoo's female lions.
"He's adjusting very well inside and the decision was made to get him out to the exhibit, so he can have a little bit more space and he's doing great," said Zoo Boise director Gene Peacock. "The keepers love him. He's very attentive to people."
Revan will be in the exhibit at Zoo Boise on Tuesdays, Thursdays and on the weekends.
