Nampa Police investigators are asking for the public’s help in tracking down two fraud suspects, a man and a woman, who reportedly purchased items with a stolen credit card.
The man has a distinct tattoo on his right arm and shoulder.
Both suspects were caught on surveillance cameras inside a local retail outlet.
