Nampa Police officers are investigating two incidents in which someone fired a gun into three occupied homes and two unoccupied vehicles.
“The first incident was reported at approximately 2215 hours (10:15 p.m.) on Sunday, May 27th, in the 1800 Block of East Amity Avenue. Officers responded to reports of shots fired and found an occupied residence and an unoccupied car damaged by apparent gun fire. Officers located numerous casing and bullet holes at the scene,” said NPD Corporal Jason Jones in a news release.
The second incident was reported about 12:15 a.m. Monday morning in the 11000 block of West Bodie River Loop in Nampa. “Responding officers located two occupied residences and an unoccupied vehicle struck by apparent gunfire. Officers located numerous casing and bullet holes at the scene,” Jones stated.
No injuries were reported in either shooting.
Jones said it is unknown if the two incidents are related.
