A Nampa man is facing a felony video voyeurism charge after police say he shot video up a woman’s skirt.

Jake Allen Seeberger, 25, of Nampa was booked into the Ada County Jail about 8:30 p.m. Thursday.

Police say the crime happened about 6:30 p.m. Thursday at a retail outlet in the 3700 block of East Fairview Avenue in Meridian, near the intersection of Fairview Avenue and Eagle Road.

According to Meridian Police Cpl. Kevin Wilson, a woman was shopping in an aisle of the store when she noticed a man using his phone to shoot video up her skirt.

Accompanied by store security personnel, the woman confronted the man about the incident a short time later. Security personnel detained Seeberger until police arrived.

“This appears to be a isolated incident,” Wilson said. “We do not believe there are any other victims.”

Wilson is scheduled to be arraigned Friday afternoon at the Ada County Courthouse.
