Boise Police Detectives are still trying to find whoever killed a Boise man in 1977.

Oney Leiby was working as a night watchman at Thriftway Lumber when he was killed in the middle of the night on April 20th, 1977.

After multiple interviews with potential subjects, BPD was unable to make an arrest in connection to the case.

The grandson of Leiby is still hoping that even though 39 years have passed, someone may have information that could result in an arrest.

Anyone with any information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS. Callers can remain anonymous.
