A rash of vandalism in Mountain Home has officers on high alert this weekend.

Several businesses have been broken into, along with the two elementary schools that were trashed recently.

Two teenagers have been interviewed in connection with the school vandalism.

According to police, the teenage suspects are cooperating and have since returned some stolen items that belonged to the school district.

Both are juveniles and their names are not being released to the public.

The East and North Elementary vandalism cases have been passed on to the prosecutor's office.

Police say the teenagers will likely face multiple felony charges.

The vandalism cases outside of the school incidents are still under investigation.
